The 74LS139 comprises two separate two-line-to-four line decoders in a single package. The active-low enable input can be used as a data line in demultiplexing applications. All of these decoders/demultiplexers feature fully buffered inputs, presenting only one normalized load to its driving circuit. All inputs are clamped with high-performance Schottky diodes to suppress line-ringing and simplify system design.These Schottky-clamped circuits are designed to be used in high-performance memory-decoding or data-routing applications, requiring very short propagation delay times. In high-performance memory systems these decoders can be used to minimize the effects of system decoding. When used with high-speed memories, the delay times of these decoders are usually less than the typical access time of the memory. 74HC164 utilizes advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology. It has the high noise immunity and low consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. It also offers speeds comparable to low power Schottky devices. This 8-bit shift register has gated serial inputs and CLEAR.Each register bit is a D-type master/slave flip-flop. Inputs A & B permit complete control over the incoming data. A LOW at either or both inputs inhibits entry of new data and resets the first flip-flop to the low level at the next clock pulse. A high level on one input enables the other input which will then determine the state of the first flip-flop.Data at the serial inputs may be changed while the clock is HIGH or LOW, but only information meeting the setup and hold time requirements will be entered. Data is serially shifted in and out of the 8-bit register during the positive going transition of the clock pulse. Clear is independent of the clock and accomplished by a low level at the CLEAR input. The 74HC logic family is functionally as well as pin-out compatible with the standard 74LS logic family. All inputs are protected from damage due to static discharge by internal diode clamps to VCC and ground.Features:-

The 74LS245 octal bus transceivers are designed for asynchronous two-way communication between data buses. The control function implementation minimizes external timing requirements. The device allows data transmission from the A Bus to the B Bus or from the B Bus to the A Bus depending upon the logic level at the direction control (DIR) input. The 74LS00 is a 14 Pin Quad 2-Input NAND Gate IC. This device contains four independent gates each of which performs the logic NAND function.
