Shipping & Delivery
Submit an order before the cut-off time to shorten your delivery time
When selecting the delivery method, orders of in-stock items will be shipped out either the same day or next business day depending on the cut-off time listed below. Items being transferred from other global warehouses may require additional time for delivery.
- Same-day dispatch cut-off time is: 10:30pm
- In stock items ordered before this time will ship out the same day the order is placed.
- Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day.
Backorders
Items on backorder will be despatched when they arrive back in stock. If you place an order that has one or more items on backorder you can choose whether to have all items despatched together or to receive the items currently in stock as soon as possible.
Options for backorders

We'll despatch in-stock items immediately and place any out-of-stock items on backorder. Items on backorder will be despatched as they become available. Therefore, your order may arrive in single or multiple deliveries. - Deliver order complete
If any items in your order are out of stock, we can hold your entire order until all items become available. Your order will then arrive in one delivery.
