In the interest of protecting our customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or missing parts, we provide customers with 7 days from the date of delivery to report the issue to our customer relations executive via the chat window available on our website or reach us on + 91 86066 50999, our Customer Support engineers will verify the issue and guide you through the Return/Refund Process. 

All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

On receiving the product, our experts will identify the cause of the damage and proceed with the return.

The replacement items will be sent to the customer immediately with shipping costs borne by Tomson Electronics. In case the product is out of stock during the process and the customer is no longer in a position to wait, we will provide a 100% refund to the customer.

All refunds will be received by the customer in a gap of T + 5 days from the approval of your refund.
